YAZ, Yasmin, Ocella Alert
I have spent the past 19 years trying to assist those in need and my work extends beyond environmental issues. One of the issues that I am becoming
increasingly aware of are issues and drugs as they relate to women. I learn of problems, issues, side effects etc., from those that reach out to me and inform me of problems as
well as what I learn from my own experiences and also having two daughters, who are now adults.
Many women and young women have come to me with issues concerning problems surrounding the birth control pill YAZ. When I started to receive emails, many emails from women who
were experiencing problems with this pill it raised itself as a flag that there might in fact be a problem. Many girls came to me with concerns about problems they were having with YAZ.
Problems such as developing pulmonary embolism, Deep Vein Thrombosis, heart attack, stroke, gallbladder disease and a few other issues.
As I began more research I could see that there were problems and began to question my own doctor and my own girls, one of whom was on YAZ.
I informed her of what I knew and she has now discussed with her doctor and has started a new pill fortunately before she saw any potential harmful side effects.
If you are having problems with YAZ, Yasmin or Ocella, please feel free to contact me for help in finding good resources for information, forums or point you to help should you require it.
Information and awareness can be life saving.
